Led the organization in executing its mission to promote mental health awareness. Provided consultation to school-based teams and organizations about the best practices of mental health strategies while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance community engagement. Gained hands-on experience providing individual and group therapy, contributing to the mental health and well-being of diverse clients. Play a pivotal role in the growth of the practice.   • Managed an assigned caseload of adult children and teenagers; assessed client needs; developed, implemented, and reviewed service plans; provided individuals and collaborated with other community resources to meet client service needs.
